How many Exchange Servers do you have ? Could you please check below settings on Recieve connector on EX2007 HUB server On Default Recv Connector General Tab:- FQDN name to be proper Authentication Tab:- TLS should be checked and Enable Domain Security (Mutual Auth TLS) should not be checked Basic Authentication and below one should be checked Check Exchange server authentication check integrated windows auth Permission Group check all except Partners In the Client Rcv Connector Under Auth Tab check TLS and dono check below one check Basic and below one and only check Integrated windows and uncheck rest in Permission tab only check Exchange Users Restart the services on Hub transport services Then telnet from EX2003 to EX2007 server and try to sbumit message Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

We have 2 exchange servers. I went through the list you provided and on the rec connector Enable Domain security was checked and anonymous users was not checked. Mail is now flowing. Thanks for your help.
